Korean girl group GIRLFRIEND will be in a BBC K-pop documentary as a representative K-pop group.

Girlfriend will make a surprise appearance in a BBC documentary on the British 

“Girlfriend recently conducted an interview with the British public broadcaster BBC, said Source music, management of Girlfriend. There was a request from the BBC regarding the production of the K-pop special documentary, and girlfriend responded to the interview as a leading Korean girl group. The corresponding broadcasts will be broadcast around the world through BBC4 in September,” they added.

The special documentary will experience the heightened status and popularity of K-pop in Europe in person in Korea, the home of K-pop. In particular, the documentary is a project prepared to better understand K-pop culture through music broadcasting, which has received favorable reviews at home and abroad for its excellent system.

In response, the BBC production team will visit Korea to focus on K-pop singers and the K-pop industry and systems that have discovered and nurtured them.

As a K-pop singer representing Korea, Girlfriend sincerely interviewed about the merits of Korean music broadcasting and how to practice their routine practice.

Debuting in 2015 with “Glass bead”  Girlfriend stood tall as a leading K-pop girl group with well-made music and performances based on solid storytelling for each album.

Recently, they achieved the music show Grand Slam with their new song “FEVER,” which is about her girlfriend’s growth and passion, and proved their true worth once again. It is also making the full-scale expansion of their global fandom through its second Asian tour of “Go GO GFRIEND!”

The girlfriend will host their second Asian tour of “Go GO GFRIEND in Singapore” on the 20th.
