The sixth trial will be held against five people including singer Jeong Joon-young (30) and former FT Island member Choi Jong-hoon (29) who are accused of sexual assault.

On the afternoon of the 16th, a trial date will be held for five people including Jeong Joon-young, who is accused of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes by hearing of the 29th Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement.

The trial will be conducted in the witnesses, so it will be unofficially held in the same way as the previous trial in order to protect the victims. Three Witnesses are due to attend this day.

Jeong Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon have been accused of drunk and sexually assaulted women in Daegu in March 2016 in the same year in Hongchun in January 2016, along with the members of Jeong Joon-young’s Dantokbang which was an online talking site.

In the first trial held on July 16, Joon-young and Jong-hoon denied allegations of sexual assault. However, there were different positions with respect to sex. Jeong Joon-young argued that there were sexual relations under consensus and that Choi had no sexual relations.
