Seo Hyun-jin and Ra Miran’s upcoming drama ‘Black Dog’ … ‘Why me?’

Actress Ra Miran revealed why she appeared in a new drama ‘Black Dog : Being A Teacher’.

On the afternoon of the 11th, production presentation of tvN’s upcoming Mon./Tues. drama ‘Black Dog’ was held at the Ramada Hotel, Sindorim, Guro-gu, Seoul. Directors Hwang Joon-hyuk and actress Seo Hyun-jin, Ra Myran actor Ha Joon, Lee Chang-hoon attended.

Ra Miran asked herself when she was offered to be appeared “Why me!?”

I remember that this work is a bit heavy and differentiates from my previous roles. I thought this character didn’t’ suit me, but the director looked at me differently. He assured me I was the right person. Personally, it’s a challenging piece.

 I started to believe in the director, “she said.

Actress Ra Miran, who has filled her filmography with unique characters across screens and TV dramas, including ‘Avengers Social Club, ‘Reply 1998’, ‘Rude Miss Young-Ae’, and ‘Miracle that We Met,’ played the role of manager ‘Park Sung-soon’, the workaholic department head of the career counseling division.

‘Black Dog’ tells the story of a young woman, Go Haneul(Seo Hyun-jin) who is hired for a short-term teaching position and struggles to keep her dreams in the harsh reality of the school.

tvN’s new drama “Black Dog” will be aired on Monday night on December 16 at 9:30 pm.
