‘Tell Me What You Saw’, Choi Soo-young “I wanted to challenge the genre…”

Actress Choi Soo-young from Girls’ Generation, told us why she decided to appear on ‘Tell Me What You Saw’.

Production presentation of OCN upcoming Saturday and Sunday Original Drama ‘Tell Me What You Saw'(creator Kim Hong-sun, playwright Ko Young-jae Han & Han Gi-hyun, director Kim Sang-hoon) was held at the Conrad Hotel, Seoul, on the 29th. Actors Jang Hyuk, Choi Soo-young, Jin Seo-yeon, Jang Hyun-sung, Ryu Seung-soo, and director Kim Sang-hoon attended.

PD Kim Sang-hoon talked about the drama, ”This is just same as its title ‘Tell Me What You Saw.’

As you see, looking for clues, one step closer to the perpetrator through profiling. It’s a drama that heals pains with human love, not love between men and women.”

Choi Soo-young plays a rookie detective Sooyoung with photographic memory, which is the ability to remember everything that is momentarily vivid.

“I wanted to attempt this genre,” she said. “I thought that ‘Tell me what you saw’ was something this generation needs. That’s why I was drawn to it”

‘Tell Me What You Saw’ is a suspense thriller drama that tracks a genius profiler who has lost everything and a detective who remembers everything like a photograph, track a serial killer who once thought were dead.

Director Kim Hong-sun, who directed the dramas ‘Voice’, ‘The Guest’, ‘Liar Game’ and ‘Pied Piper’ will open the first round of OCN in 2020. In addition, Kim Sang-hoon, co-director of ‘Voice’, playwright Ko Young-jae who wrote the movie ‘Runway Cop’ and a rookie playwright Han Ki-hyun joined for the upcoming drama.

The upcoming drama ‘Tell Me What You Saw’ will premiere at 10:50 pm on Saturday, February 1,
