The group Cherry Bullet are back with a different concept.
On the afternoon of the 11th, a showcase was held to commemorate the release of Cherry Bullet’s first digital single ‘Hands Up’ at Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul Plaza.
Cherry Bullet made a comeback after about nine months since last May. After the new seven-member lineup, including Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin, and May, it’s not the ‘Cherry mode’ that had shown earlier, but the concept of an intense and hip ‘Bullet patch’.
Member Yuju said “We made a comeback in nine months with the new song ‘Hands Up.’ It is expected to be the first stage that seven-member Cherry Bullet will show. ”
Haeyoon answered about the atmosphere and concept changed from the previous activity, “Cherry Bullet is a team that combines the loveliness of Cherries and energy of bullets. We showcased our lovable side last year, so this year we’re prepared to show our energetic and talented sides. “
Charin said “From start to finish, choreography continues without a break. We have practiced perfectly on the whole movement and charismatic expression.”
‘Hands Up’ is a trap genre that samples from Beethoven’s ‘For Elise’ and combines an addictive riff with 808 sound. AOA’s Jimin participated in writing the lyrics and supported their music.
Cherry Bullet will start their full-fledged activities by releasing the first digital single ‘Hands Up’ through the online music site at 6 pm on the same day.
