Monsta X to perform on MTV’s ‘Unplugged at Home’ series

Monsta X has been announced as a part of the lineup for MTV’s upcoming series, ‘Unplugged at Home’.

The U.S Grammy Awards recently posted an article on their official website, “MTV Unplugged At Home ‘Announces Virtual Lineup: FINNEAS, Monsta X, Alessia Cara, Wyclef Jean, Yungblud And More,” thus announcing Monsta X’s appearance.

‘MTV Unplugged At Home’ is a quarantine version of the famous American music channel ‘MTV Unplugged’ series, where talented artists perform acoustic live, it started as part of the channel’s global SNS campaign #AloneTogether. During the live acoustic performances, the MTV Unplugged at Home artists will perform in their own homes under quarantine in order to educate young fans to keep social distance to control and reduce the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

MONSTA X is expected to participate in the campaign along with Grammy Award winners FINNEAS, Melissa Etheridge, Bazzi, Jewel, and more. Moreover, in accordance with the purpose of the program, the practice version and acoustic version will be performed in different stages, and the corresponding broadcast will be released later through various SNS channels such as YouTube, Instagram and Twitter of MTV.

Especially their first-ever English-language album ‘All About Luv’ gained fifth place in the US “Billboard 200” and listed on seven Billboard Chart, Rolling Stone, Radio Disney, Time magazine, etc. establishing them as global artists, while the attention to the talented band continues to grow.

Meanwhile, MONSTA X is getting ready for a comeback in May following the mini-album “FOLLOW”: FIND YOU released last year, along with the announcement of the domestic album release in about 7 months.
