TXT’s Instagram live chat with Bebe Rexha

The meeting of ‘Global Hot Stars’ has attracted the eyes and ears of music fans around the world. ‘Global Super Rookie’ Tomorrow X Together and singersong-writer Bebe Rexha were the main characters.

Tomorrow X Together (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) held a special Instagram Live Chat through Bebe Rexha’s instagram (‘INSTAGRAM LIVE WITH BEBE REXHA & TOMORROW X TOGETHER’) on April 8 at 10 am (KST). TXT’s leader, Soobin is known for being a huge fan of the American singer Bebe Rexha, so the meeting attracted fans from all over the world.

TXT welcomed Bebe Rexha and introduced themselves to the fans watching the live broadcast. It lasted for about 30 minutes with the feeling that it was just a comfortable video call between friends. The highest number of simultaneous viewers reached 140,000.

Bebe Rexha was curious about the current situation in Korea as coronavirus is ongoing around the globe, and the members replied, “It’s a bad situation and we also consider that social distance is important.”

Bebe Rexha asked Soobin, “What is your favorite song of mine?” Soobin said, “I like ‘Meant to Be (feat. Florida Georgia Line)’ the most. Listening to this makes me comfortable.”

Then Bebe Rexha sang a new, unreleased song for the boys.

After listening to some part of her new song, TXT members praised her, saying “It’s really good.”

TXT members talked with Bebe Rexha on various topics such as how to communicate with fans, favorite food and singers, and musical inspiration.

Meanwhile, before making her debut as a singer, Bebe Rexha first became known as the composer who created Eminem and Rihana’s song ‘The Monster’ (2013). Since then, she made her debut with ‘I Don’t Wanna Grow Up’ in 2015 and gained great popularity by releasing ‘I Got You’, ‘Meant to Be’, ‘I’m A Mess’ and more and won Top Country Song at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
