Han Ye-ri attends the ‘Independent Film Festival in Room’ to support film industry

Actress Han Ye-ri adds strength to the ‘Independent Film Festival In Room’ held by TBS and the Film Promotion Committee to support the independent film industry, which is having a hard time in the aftermath of the COVID-19.

Comedian Park Ji-sun hosted the festival TBS’ online GV, which allows real-time communication with actress Han Ye-ri and the director of the movie ‘Worst Woman’ (2016), Kim Jong-gwan.

‘Worst Woman’ made its debut at the 17th Jeonju International Film Festival. It depicts the romantic happenings about a young woman and three men she meets in a day.

Kwon Yul took the role of the current boyfriend, Lee Heejun took the role of the married man and past lover and Iwase Ryo plays Ryohei, the Japanese novelist Han Ye-ri met today.

‘Worst Woman’ revealed the romance through a woman who likes to create different personalities each time she meets a different man. Eventually all her lies get tangled up when she happens to meet three men in a day. The film was also well-received for its beautiful video of humorous lines and acting at the time of release, and the fresh summer mood of Namsan and Seochon.

Actress Han Ye-ri showed presence in various works regardless of genre as well as ‘As One’, ‘A Quiet Dream’, ‘A Dramatic Night’, ‘Worst Woman’. She has recently received two crowns for the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival with her first Hollywood’s debut film ‘Minari’.
