Big Bang’s return schedule has been canceled.

The New York Times (NYT) of the United States reported on the 10th (local time) that originally scheduled in April, this year’s Coachella Festival was moved to October. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rise worldwide, the music festival was officially canceled.

“As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect numerous countries both medically and financially, most large-scale music festivals and concerts will not be taking place in 2020, including Coachella. We decided to make community health a top priority.”

After delaying the schedule from April to October, the stage of Big Bang’s return became unclear as the Coachella Festival was canceled.

In particular, Big Bang received more attention as it was the first stage to return after the reorganization into a four-member group, with Seungri leaving the group due to controversy over the Club Burning Sun, but the wait was longer. Fans are looking forward to seeing their favorite idol group returning in the music scene with a new set of songs sometime this year.
