The film ‘Bargaining’ will begin shooting in Jordan from July.

On the 23rd, an official from the production ‘Bargaining’ (director Lim Soon-rye) said, “From the beginning of July, the staff will depart sequentially and plan to resume the filming in Jordan.”

It was said that this shooting was possible because of the trust in Korea’s exemplary defense system in the COVID-19 crisis.

The movie production was originally scheduled to begin by end of March, on location in Jordan, where filming will primarily be located. However, like many other projects, production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the following travel bans across countries.

Starting in April, the filming was conducted first, and while watching the situation, the permission to shoot abroad has recently declined, and it is about to resume.

‘Bargaining’ is a movie about government operatives who struggle and risk their lives on foreign soil to save Korean hostages that have been abducted in the Middle East. Director Im Soon-rye, who directed ‘Little Forest’, ‘Forever the Moment’, caught the megaphone. Hwang Jung-min and Hyun-bin appear.
