Hip-hop label AOMG representative and singer Park Jae-bum won a lawsuit against a domestic performance agency saying that the Korean Culture concert in Thailand was canceled without any special circumstances.

According to the legal community on the 16th, the Seoul Central District Court’s private civil affairs 71 (Judge Kim Young-soo) decided to win some of the manuscripts by demanding a compensation of 50 million won to the Star Company in AOMG’s lawsuit against the company’s Star Company.

“Even if Mr. A signed a contract with AOMG regardless of Star Company’s intention, if this representative had heard and accepted the contract, it would be valid as the hosting of the contract,” said the court. “It is reasonable to belong to Star Company.”

“Unless there is special circumstances, Star Company is obliged to pay the penalty to AOMG according to the penalty payment agreement.” “The Star Company cannot cancel the contract by canceling the agency agency’s event agency contract.”

Mr. A, who conducts a concert and fan meeting brokerage business, usually wins a job with a Star Company corporate seal. Last year, a Thai entertainment company said, “It will be held in Bangkok on April 13-14 during the biggest holiday in Thailand (Songkran)” I was asked to introduce the celebrities to appear in the Korean Culture Festival,” and signed an agency contract.

Mr. A immediately talked to AOMG about his appearance in a Thai concert, and he signed an appearance contract with AOMG in the name of the Star Company. According to the contract, AOMG singers Park Jae-bum and Gray are expected to perform two days in Bangkok, Thailand, and receive 130 million won. Star Company signed a contract with AOMG and had to pay 30% of the deposit within 14 days and 70% of the deposit within 7 days.

Meanwhile, a Thai entertainment agency was stealing the profile picture of an AOMG singer, and Mr. A informed the star company representative. A representative of Star Company apologized to AOMG and agreed to fulfill the contract, but it was judged that the entertainment company in Thailand had been defrauded because it did not pay the bill three days before the payment date, and notified the cancellation of the contract.

Eventually, AOMG’s appearance in the Thai concert was canceled, and AOMG filed a loss of KRW 146.3 million in August of the same year against Star Company.
