‘Stranger 2′ Cho Seung-woo “The burden of making Season 2 is great, thanks to viewers’ support”

Actor Cho Seung-woo revealed the reason for appearing in Season 2.

On the afternoon of the 11th, the production presentation of tvN’s new Saturday and Sunday drama ‘ Stranger 2′(screenplay Lee Soo-yeon, director Park Hyun-seok) was held. Director Park Hyun-seok, Cho Seung-woo, Bae Doona, Jeon Hye-jin, Choi Moo-sung, Lee Jun-hyuk, and Yoon Se-ah attended this production presentation, which was broadcast live due to the spread of Covid-19 (a novel coronavirus infection).

Cho Seung-woo said, “There was a complete burden,” and “Season 2 is also the same as Season 1, but it looks like a different work. The decision itself is different. So, I have the courage to challenge myself.”

He then expressed his gratitude for the affection of viewers, saying, “We believe that Season 2 was produced because viewers supported and encouraged them.”

‘Stranger 2’is an internal secret chase drama in which the lone prosecutor Hwang Si-mok (played by Cho Seung-woo) and activist detective Han Yeo-jin (played by Bae Doo-na), who met again at the forefront of the prosecution control, approach the truth of the hidden cases.

‘Stranger 2’ is season 2 of ‘ Stranger 1′ broadcasted in 2017. ‘Stranger 2’ is a follow-up play in which prosecutor Hwang Si-mok (played by Cho Seung-woo), who lost his emotions, uncovers corruption inside the prosecution and the truth behind the hidden truths with just and warm detective Han Yeo-jin (by Bae Doona). The excellent direction was harmonized and succeeded in catching the audience rating and topic at the same time. At the request of viewers, season 2 broadcast was decided in three years.

‘Stranger 2’ is attracting anticipation as Cho Seung-woo, Bae Doona, Lee Jun-hyuk, and Yoon Se-ah, who showed tight acting in 2017, joined the trustworthy personality actors Jeon Hye-jin and Choi Moo-sung.

‘Stranger 2’ will be broadcast for the first time on tvN at 9 pm on Saturday the 15th, following ‘Psycho, But it’s okay’.
