‘Yuri’s Table’ Tiffany shares a light and healthy vegetarian-based brunch recipe

Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany shares a vegetarian-based brunch set recipe.

On the 9th, Yuri’s web entertainment ‘Yuri’s Table’, Girls’ Generation member Tiffany appeared in the last episode and shares a vegetarian-based recipe that anyone can enjoy easily and conveniently.

Before cooking, Tiffany made a simple brunch cocktail using orange juice and served Yuri, saying that she would show the opposite of Girls’ Generation member ‘Sooyoung’ who appeared earlier. However, she said, ‘It didn’t work as I expected when I came into this space’, and when a Korean recipe appeared in front of Tiffany, who’s not good at Korean, she was nervous and didn’t know what to do. Yuri calmed Tiffany, saying that she can do whatever she wants, so take courage.

Inspired by the courage, Tiffany shared two brunch recipes. They introduced ‘Lime Coriander Shrimp Wrap’, which tops crispy romaine lettuce with shrimp seasoned with a special sauce and decorated with avocado, sour cream, and fruit, and’salmon poke,’ which eats salmon marinated in a refreshing sauce with various vegetables and fruits.

The fresh and healthy brunch set recipe that Tiffany highly recommends will be released on Yuri’s YouTube channel ‘Yuri’s TV’ at 6 pm on the 9th. New episodes are uploaded every Wednesday and Friday at 6pm.
