Actor Chun Ho-jin returns with a new drama, ‘Monster’.
On the 17th, the agency J Wide Company confirmed that Chun Ho-jin was scheduled to appear in JTBC’s new drama ‘Monster’ (director Shim Na-yeon, screenplay Kim Su-jin, production Celltrion Entertainment/JTBC Studio), which is drawing attention with the casting of Shin Ha-gyun and Yeo Jin-gu, and is about to shoot for the first time.
‘Monster’ is the story of two men who broke laws and principles to catch a serial killer. ‘Who is a monster! Is it you, me, or all of us?’ This drama will elaborately portray the human multifacetedness hidden behind the incident. Chun Ho-jin is expected to take an active part in the role of ‘Nam Sang-bae’, the director of the Manyang police office, whose retirement age is less than a few months left.
Chun Ho-jin, who once again proved the potential of the national father in the role of Song Young-dal in the recently ended KBS2 weekend drama ‘Once Again’, dyed the home theater with laughter and emotion. As a result, expectations are rising for his transformation to come as a new character rather than his father.
In addition, attention is being paid to his performance, which will create a high degree of perfection by combining with’smoke monsters’ such as Shin Ha-gyun and Yeo Jin-gu.
Meanwhile, ‘Monster’ will be broadcast for the first time in the first half of 2021.
