The possibility of the 20 billion masterpiece ‘SPACE SWEEPERS’ (director Jo Sung-hee), starring Song Joong-ki and Kim Tae-ri, is likely to be distributed on Netflix.
‘SPACE SWEEPERS’ tells the story of the crew of the space garbage sweeper jumping into a dangerous deal after discovering the humanoid robot ‘Dorothy’ known as a weapon of mass destruction.
Initially, it was scheduled to be released this summer, but due to the aftermath of Covid-19, the release was postponed for Chuseok, and the release was delayed again due to the second re-proliferation of Covid-19.
Netflix said, “We are discussing and reviewing the distribution of ‘SPACE SWEEPERS’, but it has not been decided yet.”
Earlier, ‘Time to Hunt’ gave up the opening of the theater and went directly to Netflix. ‘Call’ and ‘Night in Paradise’ are likely to be released on Netflix.
