The broadcaster was hit again with COVID-19. Following ‘The Moon Rising River’, ‘Chosun Gumasa’ and ‘Bossam’, there were confirmed cases of COVID-19 in ‘Sisyphus’, ‘Queen Cheorin’, ‘Hush’ and ‘Penthouse’, and the filming was stopped. The nightmare of last August is reviving.

First, as it became known that the assistant actor who appeared in the drama ‘The Moon Rising River’ (screenplay Han Ji-hoon, director Yoon Sang-ho, production Victory content) was tested positive, another emergency took place on the broadcaster. He participated in the filming of ‘The Moon Rising River’ and received a notification from the health authorities that he was a close contact on the 20th. Afterwards, the production team stopped filming and guided them to conduct a corona test only for those classified as close contacts with the suspected confirmation according to the manual. As a result of the close examination, the assistant performer who was first classified as a close contact was positive. However, all of the staff and other assistant actors who contacted the assistant performer were negative. In the future, the ‘The Moon Rising River’ side plans to resume shooting after the former staff will self-isolate for an additional 1-2 days and observe the situation.

OCN’s new Saturday and Sunday original ‘Wonderful Rumor’, which uses the ‘The Moon Rising River’ and the set together, canceled the production presentation scheduled for the 23rd. Filming resumed after receiving the findings that there was no abnormality as a result of the epidemiological investigation. The production presentation will be held on the 27th.

In the drama ‘Bossam’, which is scheduled to be aired in the first half of next year, one of the assistant actors was confirmed for COVID-19, and all actors who did not have overlapping scenes were tested negative as a result of this.

COVID-19 confirmed in SBS drama ‘Joseon Exorcist’. One of the assistant performers was tested positive on the 23rd. The drama stopped filming. Starring actors such as Gam Woo-sung and Jang Dong-yoon entered self-quarantine and were tested for COVID-19, but all were negative.

JTBC’s new drama ‘Sisyphus also stopped filming in relation to the pandemic. The ‘Sisyphus’ official said, “One of the assistant performers of ‘Sisyphus’ who was with the filming site of ‘Bossam’ where the COVID-19 confirmed case was confirmed on this day was confirmed.” The actors and staff on the scene with this assistant performer were sequentially examined. Leading actors Jo Seung-woo, Park Shin-hye, and the staff were tested negative. We plan to discuss the resumption of filming after seeing the results of the previous production crew.

One auxiliary performer who is appearing in the JTBC Friday and Saturday drama ‘Hush’ was also confirmed to be COVID-19 on the 24th. Accordingly, the production team immediately stopped all filming and conducted inspections on all actors and staff according to the quarantine guidelines. Hwang Jung-min and Lim Yoon-ah will star in ‘Hush’, which will be broadcast for the first time on December 11th.

In the SBS Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Penthouse’, all filming was stopped as an auxiliary performer was confirmed as COVID-19. One of the assistant performers was tested positive today, and the cast actors are tested for the virus after self-isolation and are waiting for the results.

The assistant performer of tvN’s new Saturday and Sunday drama ‘Queen Cheorin’ was also confirmed as Corona 19. On the 23rd, the production crew confirmed the list of all the staff and actors on the set and informed them that they had to undergo COVID-19 testing. The filming of ‘Queen Cheorin’ has been stopped. Leading actors Shin Hye-sun and Kim Jung-hyun are also scheduled to undergo the virus test.

Not only did the drama filming stop, but the interview was also changed. As COVID-19 spreads, actors Park Ha-sun and Uhm Ji-won of tvN’s Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Childcare Center’, which is ending today (24th), initially decided to conduct a face-to-face interview, but are paying attention to prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as changing the method to a written interview. .

Starting with actor Seo Seong-jong, who appeared on KBS 2TV’s ‘Men are men’ in August, Kim Won-hae, Heo Dong-won, and other actors such as Man-Seok Oh, Seo Yi-suk, Go A-ra, and Lee Jae-wook who were in contact with the confirmed COVID-19 patient underwent test. ‘Men of men’ wasn’t on air ahead of the ending. For this reason, ‘Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol’ and ‘Zombie Detective’ also postponed the first broadcast schedule after the shooting was stopped. CJ ENM even stopped producing the drama for a week for the safety of the cast and production crew. Regardless of the genres of JTBC ‘Personal Life’, tvN ‘Startup’, SBS ‘Running Man’ and ‘Butler’, the shooting was canceled.

The broadcaster is paying attention to the situation amid tensions whether there will be a disruption such as a massive loss of filming in the case of COVID-19, which is occurring in succession.
