Hong Seok-cheon announced that he will reopen the Itaewon store next spring.

Broadcaster Hong Seok-cheon appeared as a guest in KBS Cool FM’s ‘Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show’ that aired on the 28th.

On this day, Hong Seok-cheon said, “I’ve been in the restaurant for nearly 20 years. I have a lot of memories. The store in Itaewon was closed, and the store in Gyeongnidan-gil is run by the manager’s younger brother, whom I had been with for a long time. My little sister is making a small restaurant on the Guri side.”

He continued, “The more famous commercial districts, the more expensive the rent. There was a desire to cut it down at just 100,000 won or 200,000 won. But that communication didn’t work well. I was able to take a break for a number of other reasons.”

At the same time, Hong Seok-cheon expressed new hope by saying, “We are preparing to open a store in Itaewon with a new concept next spring.”

Hong Seok-cheon, who closed the Itaewon restaurant, hit by the COVID-19, is working on broadcasting by appearing in the tvN current affairs cultural program ‘Future Class’ and the Olive entertainment program ‘Soo-mi’s Side Dish’.
