Group BTS released the ARMY version of the music video for the title song ‘Life Goes On’ of the new album ‘BE (Deluxe Edition)’.
On the 31st, BTS uploaded a new music video completed with fans around the world on the official YouTube channel Bangtan TV with the title ‘Life Goes On (ARMY ver.)’. This music video was made through the ‘#LifeGoesOn’ challenge held after the release of ‘BE’ on the 20th of last month.
The’#LifeGoesOn’ challenge held on TikTok, a global shortform mobile video platform, was further developed as a ‘creative challenge’ that reinterprets ‘Life Goes On’ in its own creative way, unlike the usual dance challenge based on choreography. The video attracted attention from fans across the world.
BTS also participated in the challenge and expressed ‘Life Goes On’ in their own way, such as writing and drawing.
The ‘#LifeGoesOn’ challenge was held from November 20th to December 5th, and a total of 463,276 participation records were set amid the intense interest of ARMYs around the world. Challenge’s hashtag video views reached 930 million in 15 days.
The ‘Life Goes On’ Army version music video of ‘Life Goes On’ made with the participation of ARMYs from all over the world begins with the appearance of BTS participating in the challenge, followed by the appearance of ARMY expressing the meaning of the song through various methods. Fans express their affection for BTS through calligraphy, painting, face painting, and everyday life. The image harmonized with the emotional acoustic guitar sound conveys a feeling of feeling to the viewers.
‘Life Goes On’ is a song that contains the honest feelings of BTS in the Corona 19 situation, and although no one wanted it and encountered an unexpected reality, it was gaining sympathy from many people by melting the message “Even so, life continues”. Fans also showed off the song’s message in their own way through the ‘#LifeGoesOn’ challenge. It is an evaluation that the message of consolation that BTS is trying to spread through music has peaked through ARMYs around the world.
Meanwhile, BTS will meet ARMY from around the world at ‘2021 NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE’ presented by Weverse’, a joint concert of Big Hit Labels artists held on the 31st through live streaming online.
