DSP Media, the agency of the group April, expressed its hard-line response to member Na-eun’s remarks related to Go Young-wook and allegations of school violence (hereinafter referred to as school violence).

DSP Media said in its official position on the 2nd, “We will deliver the official position regarding the suspicion of Go Young-wook’s photos and school violence. We filed a criminal complaint against the company’s artists through the law firm Elves on the 2nd morning.”

“Our artists are suffering from distorted and malicious false postings. From the current time of posting the notice, we will strongly respond to the creation of posts containing malicious slander and groundless false information against our artists and the distribution of them. There is no leniency or agreement.”

Earlier, an article titled “Old Past Remarks” was posted on the online community. Controversy arose as the article captured a comment written by a person named Lee Na-eun to an acquaintance, saying, “Do you want to be sexually assaulted by Go Young-wook, too?”

On the other hand, Na-eun was also embroiled in allegations of school violence. The author of the article April Lee Na-eun’s School Violence claimed that she was abused and ostracized by a group of Japanese students including Lee Na-eun when she was in the sixth grade of elementary school, drawing keen attention to her authenticity.

Meanwhile, April, a former member of Na-eun, is at the center of controversy over rumors of bullying in the group of former member Lee Hyun-joo.
