‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ mobilized 280,000 audiences on the first weekend and ranked first in the box office.
According to the Movie Promotion Commission’s integrated cinematographic network, the movie ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ (director Adam Wingard) collected 285,925 spectators over the weekend from the 26th to the 28th, and ranked first in the box office. The cumulative number of audiences is 325,106.
‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ is a blockbuster who drew the strongest big match ever between Godzilla and Kong, two of the most powerful legends on the planet that finally clashed: actors Alexander Skarsgard, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall, Kyle Chandler, Shun Oguri, and Eiza Gonzalez. The fourth place was ‘The Box’ (director Yang Jeong-woong), starring EXO’s Park Chan-yeol and Cho Joong-hwan, and gathered 36,078 people. The cumulative number of audiences was 7,5723. The fifth place was the horror movie ‘Hypnosis’, starring Lee Da Wit and Berry Good Johyun, and mobilized 25,612 people. The cumulative number of audiences is 36,658.
