It is known that Na Hoon-ah (71), the emperor of singer, left the Yangpyeong country house.

On the 12th, The Fact reported that Na Hoon-ah’s rural house, located along the Bukhan River, is currently vacant and is about to be remodeled.

He added that it has been two years since Na Hoon-ah hasn’t lived in this house, borrowing words from nearby residents.

In 2010, Na Hoon-ah purchased a country house as a residence and villa in a high-end rural housing complex in Okcheon-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. It is a two-story building with an annual floor space of 991.8m2 on a site area of 396.7 m2.

Na Hoon-ah, who was also suffering from health disorders, has been reportedly working on songs or taking breaks here, and has lived in and out of Seoul.

An official from the music industry told The Fact, “We have established a new home in downtown Seoul. Yangpyeong villa left as they started building a building right next to it. I also used other spaces in Songpa-gu, Seoul to work on music for the performance,” he said. Currently, a new 4-story building is standing next to the Yangpyeong rural house.

Na Hoon-ah met with viewers after 15 years and proved his presence in the midst of 15 years through ‘2020 Korean Again Na Hoon-ah’, which was broadcast on KBS 2TV on Chuseok, last year.

The broadcast at the time, which was pre-recorded with no audience, recorded a national audience rating of 29%, and ‘2020 Korean Again Na Hoon-ah’ also recorded 18.7% of the national standard, proving its power.

Na Hoon-ah was planning to hold the year-end performance ‘Tess’s Jingle Bell Concert’ in Seoul, Daegu, and Busan again thanks to the fever of the minute syndrome, but it was eventually canceled in the aftermath of the spread of COVID-19.
