This year’s Iksan Disabled Film Festival will be held on May 12.

Iksan City, Jeollabuk-do Province, announced on the 30th that the “2021 Iksan Disabled Film Festival” will be held for three days from May 12 at the Fun Theater of the Public Video Media Center. Under the theme of “Our Vaccines Are Together,” 14 films, including “On the Way to School,” “Half-body Impaired Family,” “The Bird I Saw Last Year,” and “Feel and Question marks and Between,” will be screened free of charge.

All of them are works that ponder the world where disabled and non-disabled people live together, and they are major film winners and top-of-the-line films.

The slogan of the festival is “Our Vaccine is Together,” which means that the vaccine needed by the disabled is a world where they live together.

The Iksan Disabled Film Festival, which marks its 13th anniversary this year, is creating an annual venue for disabled and non-disabled people to watch and talk to movies about institutional, awareness and environmental issues related to disabilities.
