The music video of ITZY’s new song, ‘Mafia in the Morning’ surpassed 50 million views in its shortest time.

The title track of the new mini album “GUESS WHO” released on the 30th of last month. In the morning’s music video reached 50 million views on YouTube at 2:03 p.m. on the 3rd, three days after its release. This is its own shortest record, which is about 47 hours earlier than the record of 39 minutes on the 5th of the “WANNABE” music video released in March 2020.

The “Mafia in the Morning” music video steadily rose to No. 4 on YouTube Trending Worldwide on the day of its release and rose to No. 1 as of 6 p.m. on the 1st, and rose to No. 2 in Korea after entering No. 5 on the popularity video.

Good performances are also pouring in from various charts around the world. Shinbo topped iTunes album charts in 13 foreign regions, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand and Turkey, as of 8 a.m. on the 1st, the day after its release.

The title song ‘Mafia in the Morning’ ranked No. 1 on the real-time charts of domestic music sites, including Genie Music, Bugs, and Vibe, and entered No. 79 on the global music streaming platform Spotify on April 30, surpassing No. 82 in August 2020. They are showing off their presence by rewriting their own best records every day, rising two steps to 77th place on the chart on May 1st and 66th place on the chart on May 2.

It is also showing off its “K-pop representative performance.” The title song performance video, which was opened through Mnet’s digital studio M2’s “STUDIO CHOOM” channel at 11 p.m. on the 1st, surpassed 3 million views on YouTube at 2:20 p.m. on the 3rd, about 39 hours after its release.

Dance practice video was posted on ITZY’s official YouTube channel at midnight on the 3rd. “Mafia in the Morning – Dance Practice (Moving Ver.)” also exceeded 1 million views at around 11 a.m., less than 12 hours before its release.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support of global K-pop fans, ITZY has been receiving explosive responses by releasing additional choreography videos for its new song “DAY & NIGHT” at midnight on the 4th. The “DAY” version, which dressed up in a black suit and showed charismatic performances, and the “NIGHT” version, which features colorful costumes and lovely charms, are aiming for worldwide fans.
