BTS, long-term box office in the US ‘Billboard 200’ chart… ‘Global power’

Group BTS is continuing to names on music charts by posting two albums on the U.S. main album chart at the same time.

According to the latest chart released by the U.S. music media Billboard on the 4th (local time), BTS’s fourth full-length album “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” ranked 111th on the “Billboard 200.” The album, which was released in February last year and reached the top of the “Billboard 200” chart for the fourth time in BTS’s career (born March 7, 2020), has been in the charts for 62 consecutive weeks. She is breaking the record for the longest number of Korean singers every week.

In addition to “Billboard 200,” “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” topped other charts, including “Top Current Album Sales” at No. 12, “Independent Albums,” No. 13 and “Top Album Sales.”

The “BE” album, which was released in November last year, has also been a long-term hit, reaching No. 137 on the “Billboard 200” chart, No. 2 on “World Albums,” No. 20 on “Top Current Album Sales,” No. 22 on “Independent Albums,” and No. 29 on the “Top Album Sales.”

In addition to ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7’ and ‘BE’ on the ‘World Albums’ chart, BTS also features LOVE YOURSELF OU ‘Answer’, LOVE YOURSELF ‘ ‘Tear’, LOVE YOURSELF ‘ ‘HER’, ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA’, ‘Skool Auffer’

The digital single “Dynamite,” which rocked the world, is also steadily loved on the Billboard chart, even though it has been more than eight months since its release. The song ranked 10th on the Billboard Global (excluding the U.S.) chart, which aggregates streaming and sales volume of more than 200 countries/regions around the world, and ranked 17th on the Billboard Global 200, up one notch from the previous week.

BTS will release its new digital single “Butter” on the 21st with an exciting and cheerful dance pop atmosphere. Prior to the release, a series of concept clips featuring each of the seven members’ personalities were released, raising fans around the world’s interest in the new song.
