‘Aloners’ Gong Seung-yeon “Actor Award at Jeonju Film Festival, Were in Tears”

‘Aloners’ Gong Seung-yeon revealed her feelings of receiving the Actor Award at the Jeonju International Film Festival.

On the afternoon of the 11th, a premiere of the movie ‘Aloners’ and a press conference were held at the entrance of Lotte Cinema Konkuk University in Seoul. Director Hong Seong-yeon and actor Gong Seung-yeon, Jeong Da-eun, and Seo Hyun-woo participated.

Gong Seung-yeon said, “I have heard a lot about how many years I am an actor during my interviews, but I have come to think about whether I am an actor that fits this year. I haven’t been to an awards ceremony or received an award as an acting yet, so I went to the Jeonju Film Festival to get an award as an actor. Tears came from the greeting,” she said.

She confessed, “It’s the director who won the award, so I’ll give the director the glory.”

‘Aloners’ is a movie about each of us who retains the loneliness of one person, and will be released on the 19th.
