Actor Park Ki-woong, who recently made his debut as a painter, will take on another challenge through collaboration with Kim Jeong-ki, a writer who is gaining worldwide popularity, with numerous artists calling him a “master.”
Writer Park Ki-woong and Kim Jeong-ki formed a relationship through “Park Ki-woong’s Culture Live,” which will be released on Naver’s shopping live channel at 8:30 p.m. on the 31st.
“I wanted to congratulate a genius prepared artist on his appearance,” said Kim Jeong-ki. “We hope it will be an inspiration for each other.” Such wishes were made through the collaboration of the two.
The meeting between the two writers was a warm heart from the beginning. Writer Kim Jeong-ki led the scene to laughter with his warm affection for Park Ki-woong, and Park Ki-woong is said to have become a more pleasant collaboration site with humility and respect for the master writer.
“I was thrilled to see the artist’s work in person,” said Park Ki-woong, who watched the exhibition “Kim Jeong-ki, The Other Side,” which will be held at Lotte Museum on the 7th floor of Lotte World Tower until July 11. I was emotional because the picture showed how much effort I made. “I was scared if I could follow the writer,” he said.
“I thought he was a famous actor, but I saw the artist who had prepared for a long time while looking at the painting. “I have a great sense of color, so I am happy to collaborate with one work,” he said, expressing his affection for Park Ki-woong.
The work completed through a collaboration between Park Ki-woong and Kim Jeong-ki will be released on ‘Park Ki-woong’s Culture Live’. While attention is focused on what kind of work will be created by the collaboration of great and new artists, the two said, “I hope this painting maximizes the imagination of many aspiring artists,” and that they will donate the full proceeds from the sale of the painting.
Meanwhile, Park Ki-woong has been called the “older brother of art college” since he majored in art in middle school, high school and college. After preparing for the exhibition, he officially made his debut as a painter at the suggestion of Mountain Movement, a management company. Since then, he has been recognized for his skills by winning a special K-art award at the “Phase of Korean Painting” just two months after his debut.
