Singer and actress Park Soo-young (Red Velvet Joy) will be on drama.
Park Soo-young plays Sung Mi-do in the JTBC drama “Only One Person” (written by Moon Jung-min, directed by Oh Hyun-jong), which tells the story of a woman who has been sentenced to a time limit and a man at the bottom of her life becoming a truly precious “one person” in each other’s lives.
Sung Mi-do, played by Park Soo-young, is SNS influencer, who was sentenced to a time limit at the height of her life, and is good at wrapping herself mysteriously from childhood and has a personality that values others’ eyes the most, so she spends dramatic days facing “murder” ahead of “death.”
Park Soo-young challenged her first acting role in tvN’s drama “The Liar and His Lover” in 2017 and was loved for her lovely charm, followed by her stable performance in MBC’s drama “Tempted,” drawing attention to what she will do in the upcoming film.
In particular, Park Soo-young received a good response through the group Red Velvet’s special album “Hello,” which was released as a solo on the 31st, topping the music charts and topping 26 regions around the world, and is expected to continue her brilliant career as an actor in the second half of this year.
Meanwhile, “Only One Person” is a collaboration between writer Moon Jung-min, who proved his excellence in delicate emotional portrayals with “The Best Divorce,” producer Oh Hyun-jong, who showed sophisticated production skills through “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo,” “Two Cops” and “The Man’s Memory,” and will be available in December this year.
